Innovation and Technology Fund

The "Innovation and Technology Fund" is administered by the Innovation and Technology Commission to enhance the value-added, productivity and competitiveness of local economic activities. Through the fund, the government hopes to encourage and assist Hong Kong enterprises to upgrade their technological level and inject more innovative ideas into their businesses.

Technology Voucher Program (TVP)

The Technology Voucher was established by the Innovation and Technology Fund to subsidize local non-listed enterprises and institutions to use technological services and solutions to improve productivity or upgrade and transform business processes.

Reindustrialization and Technology Training Program (RTTP)

The Re-industrialization and Technology Training Scheme (Scheme) is a funding scheme under the Innovation and Technology Fund. It subsidizes local enterprise personnel to receive high-end technology training, especially training related to "Industry 4.0", on a 2:1 matching basis.

Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS)

The "Enterprise Support Scheme" was launched in 2015 to subsidize local enterprises to conduct internal research and development (R&D) work, with the aim of encouraging the private sector to invest in R&D.

SME Marketing Fund 

The "SME Marketing Fund" (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") aims to provide subsidies to SMEs to encourage SMEs to participate in export promotion activities, thereby assisting them to expand into markets outside Hong Kong.

BUD Special Fund

In order to help Hong Kong enterprises grasp the opportunities of the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", BUD Special Fund was launched in June 2012 to assist Enterprises explore and develop their business in the mainland market through brand development, upgrading and transformation, and expansion of the domestic sales market.
